2.67/3 These directions are misleading, and the QVB directory does not list this at all.-The store is near the QVB entrance of Town Hall station, at the same level as the ticket booths to the station. From the station, you can go left to QVB proper, or right. Go right and continue about 300m. I had bought a pair of shoes online that were the wrong size. I went in to exchange, and got really helpful advice. I ended up getting a different brand and completely different size. My only gripe was how hard this was to find - otherwise awesome service and range.
