Terrible Bad communication skills and poor customer service. After sitting down to wait to be served, someone I originally took to be another customer got out of a chair and grunted “o.k.” at me. When I realised that the person lounging around was actually employed by the salon, not just some nutter I reluctantly got into the chair. They barked “what you want?” at me, and after some further communication difficulties they suggested “so, still long, but off the collar and ears” I thought this was as close to what I wanted as I was going to get (though my gut was telling me to just say “forget it”) so I said yes. However, what I ended up with was short back and sides, and a top that would only be considered “long” in the marines. Not necessarily a bad haircut, just not the haircut I wanted or asked for. Combined with the “service with a snarl” and I cannot recommend this establishment. Avoid.
