Pancakes for breakfast was served with the ingredients paper stuck behind the pancake and cooked with it such that when I peeled off the paper, the imprints were still available for reading on the "Pancake". Firstly, how can anyone stick ingredients paper directly onto the food item, secondly, how can anyone cook the food with the paper stuck on it and thirdly, how can anyone serve this food to customer for money. Apologies were offered along with discount vouchers for future use... on the assumption we will return in the future. As a minimum, I guess, they should have offered free food for the table considering it was just two of us at the table and one meal (mine) was disgustingly returned.

Been here twice, beverages were terrible both times. Second time was with two friends, all three of us received "warm" hot choclate. Staff obliged and bought us out another hot chocolate without a word. (Seriously, without a single word, even as they delivered the next not much better tasting.) Will not be returning.
