0/3 Worst customer service. Horrible treatments - I had burns from the IPL hair removal machine for a month. I prepaid my 6 treatments, they sent a text cancelling my last 2 appointments saying they no longer had a machine. When I called they apparently had had a new machine for a week, but I lost my bookings. They would only let me get my last 2 treatments if I paid. When I complained, they said they'd make a deal. Not good considering I already paid. Didn't get my last 2 treatments, and didn't get my money back. The 4 treatments I had didn't work. The machine is old and obviously not a good one.
