G King must have gotten them at a bad moment or something (or maybe they asked him to pay up his late fees ;-) ) because they are normally super helpful. They will even go get you your movie so you don't have to go searching yourself if they're not too busy...how great is THAT? BTW, the same guy that opened it years ago still owns it and is the one behind the counter most days. This is an amazing store for a movie lover. Apart from the run-of-the-mill new releases, they have an incredible amount of older movies...movies you didn't even know were on DVD or Blu Ray can be found here. It's like having your very own Valhalla or Astor Cinema at your fingertips. I went to a Schlockbuster Store once and asked for Raiders of the Lost Ark. The kid looked at me as if I was speaking Swahili. I changed my request (begrudgingly) to the horrible 'new' title and added 'Indiana Jones' to it, thinking that must be why he has a blank look. He asked me..."is that The Simpsons?" At that point I turned and left... These guys will not only know what Raiders is (or most other films) they'll even be able to tell you how many Oscars it won and its original release date. Love it...

Must have changed hands recently. Still has an amazing selection, but let down by poor customer service. Guy seemed nervous and jittery, nice enough but a bit off putting. Looks to be a one man operation.

Great location...amazing catalogue of new releases and older movies. Biggest collection of Blu Ray titles I have seen in ANY video store. Good service.
