3/3 Words cannot express my gratitude for the amazing transformation in my life through time spent at The Health Retreat. I arrived a depressed, suicidal, shadow of a man at my witts end. I left only a few weeks later the man I always wanted to be with clarity of mind, strength of body, and clear direction for my future. I will forever be a work in progress, but being contented on the journey of life has changed everything. My family and friends are gobsmacked at the absolute positive change in me and some are now taking steps to go also. What price would you put on getting your life back?
