FRAUDS Very disappointing. Bought a voucher from deals. Made a booking for a date, they said no worries as they were extemely quite that time of year I was making the booking for. Then out of no where the room wasnt available anymore. Due to the inconvenience they said they would put the booking into another room. Without notifing me or the people who I had booked for when checking in that there would be an extra charge put onto my credit card. It was only noticed when i checked my credit card I found the charge. Manor estate to this date still cant explain the charge and won't refund my money. The charge came through two months after making the booking, and two weeks after the stay at manor estate. These people are theifs and still peoples money. Still to this date I have not received a receipt explaining the charge, and they dont return phone calls and dont answer the phone. The accommodatiion was very poor, customer service very poor. Definately not worth the money. Would definately not recommend anyone to stay their. After checking in the guests didn't see anyone in site the entire stay, too bad if they had any problems that they needed to find someone to ask about. They keep credit card details and make charges they can't explain what they are for. Never stay here unless you want people to steal your money.

Great service and facility is how we can sum up our experience of Manor Estate. The staff were really obliging and helpful on all occasions and we absolutely loved our room. Beaut breakfast hamper and excellent quality wines and extras. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Loved it and can recommend this BnB.

Loved it ...see you again in June!! We stayed at the manor for our honeymoon and it was just fabulous. The host, the grounds, the sounds, the atmosphere, the luxury...everything. Apart form my wedding night this has been the best night/day of our honeymoon. So thankyou Manor Estate and we will see you in June. Cannot wait. Lots of hugs for a great stay. We recommend the Manor to all if you havent tried it you should!

This place is not worth the money. It is infested with millipedes, The "Grand fireplace suite" had no firewood! The bed was lumpy and the surround squeeked every time one of us moved! Which woke us up throughout the night. The complimentary breakfast was not worth touching - stale muesli or special k, no toast for the toaster! No curtain for the shower so the floor was completely wet. They gave you postage stamp size towels to dry yourself on! I have had better accommodation at a caravan park. Thankfully I took my slippers or I would have been stepping on crunchy millipedes during the night. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!
