Their quality of service really depends on when you go and who you get served by because sometimes the waitress who served us last time does not even understand what you want to get unless you point out the food on the menu. Kinda had to hope that I get someone else to get served by so that you can at least ask questions if needed or recommendation if customers are not familiar with the menu. They cannot provide a good service if the staffs are bad in communication.

Staff service isn't so bad but the managers are extremely rude. They do not know how to talk politely to customers. The last time I went was several months ago and did not go back since. Will continue to avoid.

My son took me to PP this morning for my birthday and while the reception was friendly and we were seated comfortably my opinion went downhill from there. Our order came within a reasonable time however they left out our drinks...we were dying for the coffee! We reminded our waitress that we had ordered drinks and she said they would be there soon. We were just finishing our meal when they brought my son's orange juice but no coffee for me...I asked again for the coffee.....they brought a coffee to a table next to ours to a person that had basically just walked in the door. I again reminded them of the skim milk coffee I had order almost an hour before and they finally brought it....spilling it in the saucer as they brought it to the table and it was a mess....it also had been made with whole milk! We refused to pay for the coffee and paid our bill after letting the cashier know how disappointed we were over the whole experience. I had been wanting to go to the PP for such a long time and I was so disappointed that I know I won't be going there again!

Not very busy in the middle of the Easter Weekend. Sat down at a table fairly quickly. After ten minutes a waitress tried to give us drinks we didn't order, but wouldn't take our order. After another ten minutes another waitress tried to give us drinks that we didn't order - told us they must be right. At this stage we still hadn't had anyone take our actual orders. After 30 minutes of not seeing any wait staff to take our order we left.

Horrible food, hilariously awful dishes (plain chicken breast sitting on a crepe anyone?) that are badly cooked. High prices and terrible service to boot. Almost worth going just to experience how bad restaurants can really be. If you're hungry near here, go to the amazing, awesome, and cheap Burmese Curry Place instead.
