A regular lunch spot for myself and some works colleagues on a Friday afternoon. Definitely worth making a reservation as it does get quite busy. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Lunch specials are pretty reasonably priced for the City. If you just fancy a drink, there is the heated balcony out the front, overlooking Kent Street. Happy hour starts at 4pm, so a great place to go to for a couple of after-work drinks. Recommend !!

The specials are always good value and great quality! You can eat in, take away and they also provide catering. The balcony is great on a nice day which faces Kent street. Great location near Wynyard station and the service is always good. Highly recommended.

We had the Christmas lunch here yesterday. The services were excellent and foods were so good comparing the price. Good for family (I took two young children with me). One thing I would suggest is the size of each menu is a bit too big for an ordinary person, so there were some leftovers (feel guilty if we read news articles around world some people still suffer hunger). Even, we could take some leftover pizzas and cakes from them with the kindly serving personnel. Thanks and see you again.

Extremely disappointed with this place. Ordered bacon and soft eggs only - received a big brekkie with hard eggs. They tried to charge me the full price for the big breakfast. Friends ordered soft poached eggs and received hard eggs also. No attempt to fix the order or reduce the bill until we complained. The waiter had an attitude when serving us and producing the bill. Used to love this place but this has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth to say the least. The staff clearly need to be either trained or replaced. I wont ever go back there again. Not even for coffee. Definately not recommended if you want decent food and service.
