The Victorian Cosmetic Institute, 6/200 High Street

I saw Dr. Somaiye Kadivar at the Templestowe clinic and was so pleased! She was very thorough and knowledgeable and listened carefully to all of my concerns. She was very patient in answering all of my questions, unlike other doctors I've been to in Melbourne. She had a great personable manner and the staff was great too. I will be going back, for sure! Highly recommend this place.

Having attended the templestowe clinic before and loved it i was really happy with the professional approach until i had to re-book with another dr at the berwick clinic, wanted to charge me full consultation fees for the new dr as i hadnt seen them,seems to be no looking after a patient who has paid hundreds of dollars already to the clinic, when i questioned this the receptionist was super rude. Very dissapointed.

The Victorian Cosmetic Institute was recommended to me by a friend to have a tattoo removed that I have regretted for years. Initially I was a little nervous about making an appointment, but the staff have been very friendly and supportive. Doctors and nurses very knowledgeable and professional. Happy customer.

I really enjoyed my time at the Victorian Cosmetic Institute. The staff are very personable. I felt they really listerned to what i was saying. It was my first time having botox and i was really nervous, But the doctor was fantastic..now two weeks on, my "angrey frown" line is gone and i feel so much more confident, i wish i'd done this years ago. I would definitely reccommend this place to others.

Staff were all lovely, especially the front desk girls, very welcoming atmosphere. The nurse who did my filler was reassuring and knowledgable, have recommended this place to friends already.
