Rented a 3 tonne truck to move house. Good experience. The guys there were kind enough to throw in a free trolley. No hassles. Will rent again!

Absolutely. Terrible. Experience. The week in which my Fiancée was to return our vehicle, apparently they had an issue in which two vehicles were stolen. Upon us contacting the Fyshwick office, advising them of a late drop off, we were greeted by an extremely rude, careless and arrogant staff member by the name of Teigan who actually yelled at my partner in front of our daughter. To make matters worse, I put in a complaint, received a response 9 months later. As I was not the driver returning the car, it was “pointless” making the complaint as it wasn't myself that had to suffer the arrogant and dismissive nature from Teigan. Upon speaking with the Manager, he asked “So why are you wanting to make this complaint then?” and “Well Teigan is leaving us in the next month so I can ask her to call your partner and apologise?” This was more than two weeks ago. No response! So if you need useless, arrogant staff with obnoxious management? Come on down to Fyshwick Thrifty :)
