Finally Hornsby has a proper coffee bar! Cold brew, Aeropress & pour over along with a multitude of single origin beans from Pablo & Rusty coffee roasters. If you want your extra large weak soy chai cappuccino with 2 sugars & pink sprinkles go to Gloria Jeans however if you crave coffee how it should be a visit to Thyme Square won't leave you disappointed!

A great little Cafe that's open nice and early with a great menu selection and friendly staff. A bit more expensive than some other cafes in the area but the quality of the food is better too.

Food was average for the price. Service was let-down for all four times I've been here. This place is always packed, so there must be something else that others see worthwhile.

I've been here many times before (it's a bit of a favourite now), and each time is just as good as the last. I'm equally as satisfied as the time before but that doesn't ruin the surprise of how good it is. The staff are very friendly and the food is beautiful (love the schnitzel, lamb, chicken BLT, and linguini, and the desserts are delectable too). Good decor and vibe. This place deserves to be commended. James is a fantastic manager and provides a great service - his coffees and cocktails are delish. There is another guy, perhaps his name is Chris?, who is also an excellent waiter and very personable. Steph (on Mondays) is a gorgeous waitress too. Very pleasing place! Thank you, Thyme Square!
