Titan Ford, 780 Pittwater Road, Brookvale

Called up about a car we saw on carsales, they told us to come in on sunday. Came in and asked for "Deek" as we were told... waited over 45 minutes... and then asked for a third time. Turns out he was out the back not doing anything. After all this, he clearly didn't want to actually sell the car. Kept demanding we agree to purchase the car and settle on a price before we were allowed to test drive it. I've never driven an impreza before, how am i supposed to know if i want it until i've tried it? The funny thing is, i was actually prepared to buy the car if i liked it. We ended up leaving. Total waste of time. Awful service.

A shocker. I tried to service a Ford 2002 Ka. It needed a number of changes, most noticeably a new Power Steering Rack. They quoted me $3500 for a new one excluding labour! i found the part online for $250. A new power steering pump i found for $150, they wanted to charge me $950 excluding labour. The car is only worth $6000. When i queried the part prices they were most unhelpful. These guys are absolute sharks, i don't recommend them at all.
