0/3 Very little specific knowledge. I asked about a firmware update on a new model gearbox and they had to ask 2 other staff what "firmware" meant, even after I explained further they didn't get it and just said "No we dont do that" and when asked what their 40k service for $600 included they simply replied "Filters mate" idiots, good for over priced oil change & brake pads only.
