0/3 Extremely rude staff and terrible management skills. Ordered well before cut off and was called by an extremely rude receptionist that said i had not ordered when i said i did even though i had a receipt showing i had. Receptionist extremely unhelpful not able to answer any of my questions except to say that she needed to check with the boss and get back to me. Never once apologised for the error or inconvenience or the fact I know have to find gift elsewhere. Terrible experience will not be going back after that.

2/3 Urban flower always does a beautiful arrangment for me and the flowers are VERY fresh, i love this place even though it canbe a little pricey :S but for a great quality bunch of flowers go here
