Urban Thai Restaurant

The food was quite good, but we were on a Deals Voucher and they would not accept a booking. I asked if a table for 2 was available 2 days ahead and they said yes, but when I mentioned the Deal Voucher they said no, saying they were not serving deals that night. Huh, what does that mean?? I tried twice to book and got the same reaction both times. When we finally did get in (would only accept a 6.00pm booking, who eats that early) the food was very good and plenty of it and the service was good. So why did they spoil it with all the run around, Deals is suppose to promote their business not be a nuisance. So pity about the phone manners, NOT. I will not go back again other Thai places in the area just as good, and don't treat me like a nuisance and I can eat at a reasonable time.

I don't know what the other reviews were on about. We had a great time, good service, good food, nice atmosphere . . . Have I left anything out?
