I absolutely love this shop! Living in NSW I haven't actually been to the physical store but regularly purchase their products online. I just wish there was some way to decrease postage costs for bulk orders but being the closest supplier to us, we're still happy to pay it :)

Great place to try American food and drinks

Were really rude staff. Did have some foods that I miss from the USA though. No Cinnamon Bears! :(

Was thrilled to see some of my favorite American products that I can't find in the normal store. My only complaint is that they didn't seem to have a large stock and they had several things which were approaching or had passed the expiration date. With the amount of people that I saw going into the little store, I'm sure they could afford to expand...

I was happy to discover this place actually had some products I did not expect to find anywhere. I can sometimes get friends from the U.S. to mail me stuff a bit cheaper, but not nearly as quickly, so it's good to have as an option. But they can react poorly to suggestions for new products, so don't expect much in the way of customer service...
