V Hair Designs

Since moving to the Gold Coast and to the Runaway Bay area I fall upon this hairdressers while picking up take out. I booked an appointment with the owner/ srn stylist Suzie which was the time and day I wanted, being a Saturday. Suzie had a very friendly manner and were very helpful. She nor did the salon have that whole fake atmosphare feeling, like other gold coast hairdressers which this was nice for a change. So turning up on Saturday I was offered a coffee straight away and was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, had my regrowth coloured and then got given the best head massage ever at the basin! I found everyone who arrive for their appointment were aknowledged and made to feel welcome also with the apprentice offering a coffee/water. I found that Suzie listened to what I was after in my cut, my colour looked great also. I would recomend Vhair designs to anyone who is wanting a relaxed real hair dressing experience, with great knowlegeable friendly staff and affordable prices. I will continue going there while I live on the Gold Coast. Karly :)

The reason I choose this company was because of the rave reviews I read on here. It seems either the staff or their friends have written them because I strongly disagree with what is written. I had one of the 'senior' stylists attend to me and I was less than impressed. Most of the time she sat on the phone gossiping when she could of been doing plenty of other things such as my hair. I have had the same haircut for some time and she was to just trim it up, I described to her as well the design of the hair cut. Well she ruined it completely. It was the worst haircut I have ever received. She stuffed it up magnificently. The haircut could not be fixed. I had a particular part of my hair foiled (longer in one area) which she then proceeded to cut off hmmmm. I nearly died. The price I was quoted on the phone, I nearly died when was told the price. $99 for a sh!t haircut, 4 foils and a dry off. Why did I pay? I was so upset, angry and knew that I had to get out of their before I killed somebody. I guess if I could go back I would not have paid. This senior stylist, was rude, lazy, unqualified (and or needs to update her skills), and I would not recommend her or this salon to my worst enemy. I went to JustCuts, paid $26 including a dry off for a fantastic haircut (alot shorter and not what I originally wanted but was better than the one I had). She could not believe I was allowed to walk out of the salon and showed me how uneven the cut was. Please dont be a stupid as me and read the rave reviews and fall for them. Justcuts at a quarter of the price did a job a million times better!

Suzanne & Stacie make getting my hair cut a fantastic relaxing experience with a great friendly environment and I always love the result, and I would highly recommend this salon, competitively priced too. Jennifer Glenn, 24

I have been going to V Hair Designs for almost a year now. They are a very friendly and obiging team who always make my hair look fantastic. I highly recommend them :)
