Valley Car Sales

I would NEVER again buy a car through this mob. I bought a 2002 model Car with low kms, log books in immaculate condition but it turned out to be a Lemon. I only had it for a couple of weeks but luckily it had 6 months Warranty... Thank God......I noticed a noise coming from the Automatic Transmission area and it turned out to have major mechanical problems. When Valley Cars at Balgowlah were informed of the cost of repairs to my car , they said it would cost them too much and they could not afford to fix it and they would have to look at Second Hand Parts and maybe throw a Second Hand Engine into it !!! . They then finally repaired the car at their Mechanical Workshop after having the Inconvenience of waiting weeks and weeks for it to come back repaired. It was only when I threatened to go to A Current Affair that my car had finally been fixed and ready. I then sold my car and Bought at a Reputable Big Name Car Dealer. My Advice is only buy from a Big Known Car Dealer as if something goes wrong they are Big and won't want their name Tarnished and they would sell a lot more cars per week. keep away from these Backyard Dealers. After talking to other people, I have found out this Car Mob does not have a very good Reputation as friends of theirs have also commented that they have experienced Car Problems when they bought through them. KEEP AWAY !!!I
