At Gold Class to use our vouchers. Was looking forward to Trio of Dips. But there's bloody none again!! Second time in a row! What is it with this place? Hopeless!!

Dreadful service recently x2! First time: Reserved ticket. Arrived behind one other party to collect. Kept waiting at least 10 minutes while 30 -40people in the cash -paying queue were served before me. Person serving my queue could have got his colleague from the other queue to serve me but chose not to despite my request. Second time: Joined short cash-paying queue. Asked for one ticket to KON TIKI. The woman serving me called out to people behind me to ask them if they were all together. I realised when they said no that she had been asking them if THEY were with ME! She then said to me, "So just a single ticket then?" Can't believe this mad place. Have sent two letters of complaint to management but not holding my breath that things will improve.

Gold Class really makes going to the movies a treat. Super comfy seats. Good viewing angles regardless of where you sit. Excellent service.

MOVIE WAS not properly focused, the last thing you want to see is a movie blurry , come on guys , keep that quality control up high , i like going to v-max , but if the movies continue not to be sharp , i may just stay home on my 150inch blueray projector and wait a few months for the title to come out !
