Vision PT at Crows Nest is important to me! Why? Because they have helped me really achieve my goals for fitness and body size. I'm an "older" woman and the thought of being unfit and unable to move well was not something I wished to take into my life. When I faced a certain decade of life I talked to my trainer about setting some pretty ambitious goals about my weight and my fitness levels. These goals had been floating around in my mind for a few decades already...but the time was getting away from me. My trainers, Chris and Steph, worked with me every step of the way ... and I DID IT! Achieved my goals! I really recommend Vision PT to anyone wanting to get fit and healthy. It's a good feeling!
