Sent me a bill for $120 for submitting a urine test, never mentioned I was going to be charged for this at any stage nor did I ever agree to any billable services. Absolutely scummy business practices, If I ran my company like this I would be thrown in Jail.

I like the female doctors here, Dr. Merry or Dr. Reid. Go near opening time, if you can, to avoid a long wait.

I wish I could rate this place worse than poor. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM if something ailes you after hours or on Public Holiday. Everyone in that place is only there for a job and it shows. No bedside manner whatsoever. They don't care about your health, they only care about their paycheque. No health insurance?? $100 for 5 minutes of their time and no rx or concern for your overall well being. Need a copy of that $100 tax invoice? No e-mail and they certainly can't mail it out to you. I would rather stay on my deathbed than waste that precious time, energy and effort to see these crooks. If you care about yourself or your family, don't waste your time in this office.

The Warringah Mall Medical Centre overall is a good place. The doctors I have found to be quite good in the way my children and I have been treated. Especially Dr Vladimir Brodski who was excellent and sincere. Pathology was also good and they all work hard. The only let down and I feel it's a major one is the rude cold nature of some of the reception staff. I'm sure they all get a little tired of answering similar questions all the time but they really let the place down in a big way. I went yesterday and watched while the senior receptionist processed patients and it was not good. I definitely would not employ someone who treated my clients in such an offhand manor. The people, including myself don't go there because they have a few hours free to sit in a medical centre it's because they are sick or injured and being greeted by a friendly staff member would actually help make the whole experience somewhat more pleasant. Another thing they could do is to have an " APPROXIMATE WAIT TIME" board up near the entrance so they would not need to answer the same questions all day long....

This incident was years ago, but I am still very bothered from my experience. My wife and I were just back from honeymoon in Vanuatu, getting severe fevers, headaches, chills periodically throughout each day. Went to this medical centre between fever spells, described what was happening, including being back from honeymoon. The doctor said "I can only treat the symptoms I see now". The doctor was very condescending and by the end of the session said "Go away, I have REAL patients to see." My brother is GP in the country, so I called him. He told us these are classic malaria symptoms and we should go back and insist on a blood test. We did so and immediately got our second honeymoon in Manly hospital for five days.
