0/3 If you could give a star rating on the negative side, I'd certainly think of it. Had my car washed today. Complete chaos, cars everywhere and being moved around like a bloody demolition derby. I have been to this car wash many times before, adequate service for the $35 wash, have paid $95 for the detail on previous occasions also. Today, I got back to my office to notice a huge chunk of paint taken off my bonnet, about the size of a 5c coin. I rang them straight away, the "manager" just denied it, telling me that it is a handwash. It's obvious they dropped the gurney on it. Total denial, total waste of time. NEVER use this car wash!!!!

0/3 I took my car for a wash at around $90 or so dollars. After the wash I noticed that my car phone kit had been smashed, i immediately returned to the car wash and spoke to the manager who stated that he would give me vouchers for half the cost of the kit. Being valued at around $400 I stated that i wanted the full cost paid to me but he refused to pay the full costs. I am writing this review as a warning to other potential patrons to avoid. I should not pay such a high price for a car wash and have my belongings damaged as a result.

3/3 Sitting in the cafe with my complimentary coffee watching my car getting a lot more attention than I was expecting for $35. Can't believe I ever spent time doing this myself.

0/3 Got the $100 delux wash. when finished there was still dust on the outside of the centre console and dirt in the carpet. I asked one of the employees to fix it and he replied that if i want that level of service i should spend $300 on the superdelux wash. It was a complete waste of money. I agree with the below comment-AVOID THIS BUSINESS

0/3 Came back from a road trip with bugs splattered all over the front so I opted for the $95 wash and wax. What I got was a 50% of bugs removed and wax streaks left all over the car. I had to go through a DIY wash station and work the the brush and high pressure hose all over the car to finish the job as the kids there are not interested in any hard yakka. Big let down.
