Took my queen size mink blanket here because my machine is to small. It was 75mins till closing when i came in and asked if they would clean it. The woman was very short with me explaining that if i wanted to get it back tonight i had to be back no later then 70mins. I explained that i lived literally across the st and the only reason i was going there was cause it won't fit in my machine. She then ranted because i didn't have laundry powder & softener despite the fact i was not only paying to use her's but was getting overcharged to do so. She then went on a rant about if i had a dollar for every customer that said they would be here when i said blah blah blah. I left and not wanting to be late came back after 60mins only to walk thru the door to have her say rudely "your blanket isn't ready yet!" when i said I know I just didn't want to hold her up she when back on her rant about people never turning up when they say they will. The machine ends and before the machine has even stopped beeping she started going off at me for wasting time. So i got my item threw it in the basket all the while being told to hurry up. would i go back? no, not unless i had to get the blanket cleaned again and needed it done that day and have less then 2 hours in which to do it. the blanket was clean and I was fine with being over charged for the powder/softener (that's just the cost for not bringing my own) but to be so rude to my face when i'm giving them my business. I get people want to go home on time but you can't take peoples business then turn around and cuss them out about how you don't need their business despite the fact I left 5 mins before close

Feel like having a rant here, and share yet another negative experience to this business. I was referred here from another laundry who couldn't organise same day basic wash/dry. When I googled the phone number I noticed two reviews condemning this establishment. But I thought I would make up my own mind. I was friendly, and calm and was hoping to have a positive experience. Firstly, the woman (mentioned also by another reviewer) was hostile and abrasive. I asked a simple question such as "I was wondering what your rates are per load" and she became agitated. I also asked if it was at all possible to have it done today, or if they are open tomorrow (saturday) to pick up. She said yes she could have it done by 330 but i have to bring it in NOW. I said is it ok if I can get it there in the next hour (I can't be there sooner) and I was berated with a lecture as to why it has to be now and that I can not expect it to be done by 330. I continued to be patient and pleasant. She was insulting, patronizing, and made me quite frustrated that even a friendly happy potential new customer could not get basic answers without attitude. Particularly considering I have NEVER used a laundry before. At the conclusion of the call, I felt it necessary to let her know that already there are reviews online that do not shine her in the best light. I even tried the "you've been helpful for me, but I think it might be good feedback to help you get along with your customers better" of which all hell broke loose. She went off like an angry bull hell bent on revenge, spurting curses and labeling me a poor customer, a trouble maker and an all round bad person. Let me be blunt. If she were the only dry cleaner in the Illawarra I would rather go to work in month-old smelly clothing than leave my personals with her tender care. -10 out of 10.

Would use negative stars if they had them. Very, very rude people. Very dirty place. 1st time using a laundry in years as washing machine broke down. Could not believe the way the woman spoke to us, and the man who appeared to be her husband just laughed.

Filthy place ran by extremely rude people... I lived near the university and because the washing machine in my house broke down for 2 weeks, my husband and I decided to go to this so-called laundromat to wash some of our clothes... what we got was extremely rude reception, particularly from the lady of the store, and got charged with a hugely unreasonable service fee... even worst, the clothes after the wash was still dirty, some were still wet, and some were burnt after the dryer... the ownder refused to pay us compensation and pretty much told us "f**k off" ... I would not recommand this place to anyone, it'll be wise to go elsewhere to wash your clothes.
