Wildilocks

The haircut was fine (good, even) but the colour that I was given washed out with 12 days. As I don't live in Melbourne, I couldn't get back to the salon before it started to look truly terrible. After paying $170 less than two weeks before! When I called to ask what to do, I was told to order some colour online and apply it myself. I did this and paid for Express Post so that I could try to remedy it quickly. It came several days later in a standard satchel from Australia Post. I had to call Perth to complain - the cost of the call pretty much swallowed up the refund to which I was entitled from the Express Post stuff-up. I would recommend the cutting, but not the colouring or the online store, or the customer service. ETA: In answer to the owner's response below: before I left the salon I asked if I should buy some colour to take with me, and I was told that I didn't need to, that the colour should last the six weeks till my next appointment. Your staff did tell me to wash my hair less frequently, but did not at any stage entertain the notion that my hair would be dirty yellow/green within a fortnight. I had to wear a hat for a week in order to cover my embarrassment! Seriously: I expected more.
