Willow Hair

I got the best haircut I've ever had at this salon! The staff were friendly and make my visit very relaxed and enjoyable. My hair cut and colour is amazing, I've had lots of my frieds comment on it too, which is the real test! The experience, the salon and the staff were exceptional. I would recommend it to anyone. : )

I had been recommended Willow Hair Salon Seaforth and Manly by friends that go to both salons. I had been seeing my own hairdresser for 10yrs, so naturally I was nervous to try a new salon. On arrival I received a beautiful essential oil head and neck massage. I was overly pleased with the whole service and how welcoming the atmosphere of Willow is. Using all natural products made it a nicer experience having to sit in a salon for a couple of hours having your hair coloured, without the over-powering toxic fumes. My stylist even showed me great ways to style my hair at home. I now will be recommending it to friends.

This salon is dreadful. The staff were not interested in making an effort to be friendly, and the cut did not resemble what I asked for. When I complained to the owner of the salon, she was incredibly rude and demonstrated a total lack of regard for customers. I could not recommend this salon to anybody, and would not go back under any circumstances.
