0/3 Very unprofessinal & slow. they sold especial discount ticket on general price, I came to know when i want to pre-pond my ticket. I contact Singapore airlines they said they can't pre-pond or post-pond that particular ticket as it was special discount ticket. very annoying. on top of that i clearly asked them to put vegetarian meal on my board, when they sent me artinary it was ok but on actual ticket it was missing, i struggle big time for their minor mistake.
