Awful experience!!!! Dirty room and bed. I was left with scars even after many reassurances that the treatment would not leave any scarring. I was told I was able to go out for dinner straight afterwards and that the bleeding would stop after a few minutes. My face was left with small bandages and would bleed if removed. I was charged $10 for a tiny *special healing cream*. I wish I never went there, I was better off with moles than the scars she has left on my face.

I bought a voucher $29 for a facial, eye treatment and choice of head/hands/feet massage. I thought it was too good to be true but generally the deals I have used have been good so I decided to give it a go. Big mistake!! First they never answered the phone or returned my voice messages for 3 weeks. I had to complain to scoopon before they picked up the phone. My face was washed with a cotton pad and water? Er usually some form of cleanser is used. A mask was whacked on (using like a drop of product smeared across my face). The therapist then left the room. The mask was washed off with a wet cotton pad and then another mask was put on my face (a very tiny amount of product was once again used), the therapist then pinched my face. I asked about the head massage and was told this was the massage. I said no, the voucher said I can choose head/feet/hands. She went to speak to her manager who advised that massage is available at an extra price and the "face pinching" was the massage. I said no the voucher said I get to choose between a head/heads/feet massage. After going back and forth, I finally got 5 minutes of head massage. Then some eye mask was placed on my eyes. Overall in the 1 hour facial, the therapist was with maybe for 5-10mins tops. Look I know with a deal, you can't expect VIP treatment but I expected more than this. And I don't appreciate the tiny amount of products being used. Did I mention she used the same tissue to blot my face dry each time she took my mask off. Overall a very negative experience and I would not return. Waste of money, no matter how cheap the deal is.

I went to this place in February 2013 after purchasing a coupon for painless mole removal. (Such a mistake!!!!) Anyway, I have assumed that it will be laser removal. Only just before procedure I discovered that my moles are going to be cauterized. At first the lady discussed with me which moles to remove. I have few on my body. Those which I suggested she said they have deep root and will incur surcharge. So she suggested removing only 2 bigger ones. (I had coupon for 3). I have agreed. Clearly wasn't thinking – bigger mole should have bigger root, right? Anyway, she sprayed the skin with some liquid, she called it numbing spray. Then she walked away for about 10min. I have touched my skin around moles, but the sensation was there completely!! Then she came back and literally tortured me for 5 minutes. I could smell my burnt skin and felt completely angry. How can they even allow this kind of procedure without local anesthesia?!?! Then she said that the moles had deep roots (surprise surprise!!!) and charged me additional amount for each mole. Plus I had to purchase some kind of disinfection cream, which I safely placed into bin the next day and used proper disinfectant from chemist. I didn't like this woman at all. So sneaky. And she happily suggested to come back to remove the other moles for me. Firstly Im outraged about the pain they caused me, claiming it is painless removal. Guys, I gave birth to 2 kids with NO pain relief, so my pain threshold is really good! Secondly, how dare they to remove moles and don't send it to histology?! What if the mole is malignant? This is Australia, so why this kind of procedure is legal? Thirdly, I hate when they lure you into something just to charge you more. Of course conducted while smiling sweetly. And to conclude my story – where the bigger mole has been removed the skin is little swollen & reddish (2 months after procedure). So now I have booked for a skin specialist. This time the medical professional. And this will cost me $250 for the initial consultation. If I have the energy I would pursue the Xara Skin Clinic to cover the cost of my treatment!!! I could never ever recommend this place and this procedure to anyone. Please don't do it!!!
