I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to say something about this business. I went here with my partner interested in looking at engagement rings. We entered the store after ringing beforehand to politely inquire if a booking was necessary. We were greeted nicely by a sales assistant but were quickly brushed off onto another older lady who did not seem at all eager or happy to help. She seemed extremely judgmental and dismissive and although we were prepared to spend fair amount of money we were greeted with high brows and were left with a bitter taste in our mouths. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to ask any questions. Not only this but she gave below par advice and did not offer any suggestions and provided the bare minimum of service. I have worked and shopped in many retail stores and never have I experienced service such as this. The prices were inflated and while the craftsmanship appeared to be quality work, I would not shop here merely on principal. While I am young, I am a sentimental individual and if I was treated respectfully would not have hesitated to go on to purchasing our wedding rings, anniversary rings etc. from them also and would have happily sent on recommendations to other friends and family who are also getting married. There are many competitors in the diamond and jewelery industry in Brisbane and I feel they have pointlessly lost a potentially valuable customer and I would not recommend them.
