Tapas are bad and from a packet in the frozen section of any supermarket. $12 for supermarket spring rolls is disgusting! Calamari was tough, overcooked and fried in dirty bad smelling oil. Service was poor - very slow and the order was mixed up with the table next to ours. The table next to us were there for 45 minutes before anyone took their order. With approximately 30 people in the restaurant they need more than 1 cook. We had to wait 30 for each small platter of tapas to come out.

Very friendly and inviting place. Owner works there and seems to be on a first name basis with half of Brisbane. They have also had the same staff for years also. Far and away my favorite coffee place in Brisbane. Food is very good and very reasonably priced. Stopped going so often only because I had to start watching my diet. For a real treat find a table in the back and check out all the decor, gifts and nick knacks. For another real treat sit in the front near the window and check out the views of the city going by on a beautiful day (it's Brisbane, we get those now and then).

Stumbled across this place for breakfast. It is a little Gem. The omelette was superb and the mixed berry drink divine. Coffee was good and the locals friendly.
