Prior to attending Andi's yoga classes, I was a yoga sceptic. I had read about many of the benefits you can get from yoga, but I was always too scared to try it myself. When I first started I could barely touch my toes and the only time I thought about my breathing patterns was when I was huffing and puffing trying to runn up a hill! I have now been doing yoga for 4 weeks and am already starting to understand why yoga is a whole body-mind experience.Andi's classes provide a great learning environment for newies such as myself who can finally touch their toes and are now hooked on yoga!
