Had dinner at Zaaffran with a couple of friends. The most expensive meal I've had in quite a while, but well worth it - amazing food. [Update: I came back a couple of months later and ordered a more "normal" meal (ie., not a banquet). Still awesome food and fantastic service, and a very sensible price].

This restaurant was one of the most expensive restaurant I been. It was great food but the bill gave me heart attach. Very organise and good management, nice view of the water and the most romantic time I had. I had a voucher to be used in that restaurant but they policy was abit tricky and they told me I have to buy another meal and wine and .... till they give me 20% off. But I think was a good experience because I love the food and I always can talk abut them.:-)

I have tried Indian food at many places but nothing can beat what i get in Zaffran at darling harbour. They serve the best Dum biryani. Awesome view of darling harbour. It is much more expensive than other Indian restaurants, but the food is worth it.

Right in the heart of darling harbour its just so perfectly placed ...has cuisine from indian to pakistani....it has very lovely ambience and feel to it.its a fine dining restaurant....but is worth paying up for good food than eating at low end places and cribbing over quality..so its your pick...

Thoroughly enjoyed Zaaffran's delicious creations of contemporary Indian cuisine. The skewers and curries were tasty and well-presented, the canapes delightfully fun and innovative. Absolute favourite was the mushroom naan. Service was warm and courteous. Spectacular panoramic views of Darling Harbour.
