3/3 My dog grover loves to go to zacs pet supplies, the staff treat him like he is theirs, treats and pats all round. For a small shop they do stock a wide variety of treats and toys that cant be found anywhere else.

0/3 It is appropriate to serve customers politely, rather than offering unsolicited advice and making baseless assumptions. This customer followed up on some advice given by the sales person with authorities & found it to be highly exaggerated, or mostly incorrect. I am sure that most pet owners like myself know their individual animals very well and endeavour to do everything to keep them happy,safe and healthy.
