We were big fans when they first opened, great mexican food with great prices! So much so that we made Tuesday nights burrito night. However as time went on the size of the burrito got smaller so much now that you feel hungry after eating one. $2 for guacamole is a joke as is the cost for extra meat. With the cost of ingredients you should get enough yo fill you up. It is almost as if they put less in burritos to force people to buy extra fillings. It is great concept but no longer value for money

Bland food jazzed up with sickly sweet American sauces and padded out with lettuce and fluffy rice. Only Mexican in as much as anything in a tortilla could theoretically be called a burrito. Beats the average kebab but it's a pity there's no Mexican competition in Canberra.

For a takeaway place, it's fine. The prices and quality vary from location to location, however the one in Civic is just fine. It's not strictly Mexican food, but I'm from California, so I'm practically Mexican. I can't be too picky, as it's the only Mexican place in Canberra. Still, I recommend it. I like the Zacateca sauce the best, and I strongly recommend the vegetarian burrito over the others, it's much more filling and comes with guacamole. If you *must* have meat, get a vegetarian and add extra meat. I like their tacos too, especially if I've been hitting the bars beforehand. Nothing like a nice taco after a night of drinking in Civic pubs!
