0/3 Don't purchase anything !! Over 4 weeks ago ordered and paid for nursery items some arrived today, not everything and some the wrong design. Have been dealing with customer service for last 2 weeks which I have had to chase for any information!! Not happy NSW to WA takes over 4 nearly 5 weeks and still not arrived correctly, ordered something from America received no problem in 1 week !! WHY

0/3 Purchased a set of furniture - have waited 6 weeks. still no goods. received 1 out of 7 items a few weeks ago - poor quality (flimsy) not as expected as product descriptions on website is lacking. customer service is slow to return inquiries and follow up requests was supposed to be delivered in 7 days no tracking available until 5 weeks later free delivery is useless if you don't get the goods at all. have requested a refund

3/3 Great online shopping site, easy to use and they have some big furniture and homewares brands at good prices. I bought some dining chairs and a flannelette sheet set from here. They arrived a week later (a little longer for the chairs) and I am really happy with the quality. Loving the free delivery :)
