Horrific! Staff were rude, looked unhappy, do not understand the principles of "service" and insisted on keeping my credit card in order to run a tab. Who would be silly enough to handover your credit card and lose sight of it for the duration of your visit? When this practice was questioned staff just said this is the policy. With the level of CC fraud such policies are draconian and will only turn customers away - which is why I will never return!

The staff are disinterested in servicing the clientele, seeking to stand around & talk, only One staff member seemsed interested in doing his job but kept looking over his shoulder to see if the boss was watching. Go for a beer by all means but reconsider staying.

Pretty reasonable for the price. A good price point for not-to-fancy work lunches.

Whatever you do - don't book a function here - they are very disorganised. This place definitely rests on its past glory as somewhere exciting as the service and food is uninspiring these day. The staff are disinterested, the food boring and not much atmosphere unless you like to hang out with suits who don't know where the really cool places are!
