I am not sure what the other 2 reviewers were on about. I called them this morning, got an appointment this afternoon and saw the doctor without any problem. The place is very family friendly (lots of kids running around) and the everyone was helpful.

Terrible place! Just got off the phone with them. I was trying to book an appointment and the doctor I usually see wasn't available for a week and so I asked who else I could see. They suggested a name and I said this person is not listed in the staff profiles of their website and their response .. NOTHING. I asked if this doctor is new and the answer is "NO". And then they say .. "why don't you think it over and call back". Instead of trying to understand my requirements and finding a suitable doctor.. I was asked to think it over. Great, so I decided to never go there again. Besides this incident, their pathology is hopeless, I had to wait a week to get an appointment to give blood for a test.

Just wanted to see a doctor at the Abbotsford Family Medical Practice as I fell sick last night. I dropped in asking for a chance to see a doc. Obviously not having an appointment means I have to wait quite some time until there is one of the doctors available. Unfortunately this wasnt part of the policy of this practice: Only people with an appointment are accepted. Again I tried to convice the Lady at the front desk, that I only fell sick last night. She said that this was unfortunate yet she could offer me an appointment some other day! Guys: SENDING AWAY SICK PEOPLE IS A ABSOLUTE NO GO! Lesson learnt, dont expect to be treated ad hoc here, and better know before and make an appointment a week before you fall sick.
