Bamboo Dumpling Bar

Small portion sizes but tasty food. I'm a little ashamed to say I didn't actually get dumplings when I went there. Definitely worth a look though.

Right next door - literally, you can walk from one venue to the other without getting out in the street! - to the Royal Albert Hotel - the place is a heaven for dumpling lovers! Portions are normal (5/6 dumplings) but I suggest you to go with a big party, order different plates and share so you get to taste everything!! But, wait, there's more to it… Their sugarcane skewers are simply to die for, especially the seafood ones. And what about the chicken sticky rice? Check it out, you won't be disappointed!!

Tucked away in a pub on Commonwealth Street in Surry Hills is a fantastic Dumpling Bar... You wont be able to stop at just one or two. Can be a little hard to get a table at peak times and note if you are willing to wait it is well worth it. Parking is a little bit of a bother though so maybe walking from Central is better .. and it means you can walk it off when you stuff yourself silly ;)
