WORST EXPERIENCE! I believe they are going into liquidation as the city and Horsely drive store have both closed. Mind you they just claim it's renovations..... I have being a bridesmaid several times and this place was the worst service l have experienced. The lady took my measurements and still ordered the wrong size dress - not to mention everytime l called about the dresses l got a different answer as to when they were coming in and they never called back. They say 4-6months but it took 8 months just for two dresses which came folded in a little plastic bag not even pressed. The ladies are rude and are really dumb. Save yourself the stress and don't go to Bridal Vision

Cant remember if it was this location or the George Street one but I was in town for an award function and accompanied a friend who was dress shopping. As a guy, dress shopping with a girl is usually an unbearable experience (lol) but the staff was ridiculously helpful and it was actually a very enjoyable experience :-)

I've been to quite a few wedding shops in Sydney, searching for my perfect wedding dress. I came across this shop at the 1276 Horsely Drive. When i went in, i was mesmerised by the massive beautiful collections. I didn't know where to start at first, as i was too excited. The staffs were friendly & helpful, they let me try whatever i liked, guided & gave me a few suggestions that would be flattering for me, according to the style i want & within my budget range. I fell in love with this one particular dress & instantly i knew that this is the one because i was overwhelmed with emotion. I was offered a good deal on that dress that i couldn't resist. I ordered my perfect wedding dress... it was one of the best decisions I've made. It was delivered on time, the fit was perfect after a little alteration, i got a lot of compliments on my dress & my groom was happy. We had a dream come true wedding. Many thanks to all Bridal Vision staffs. Job well done : ) Cheers,

Please do not go to this store. The headache that not only the bride has but the bridesmaids have from our experience in this store is not acceptable. The lead up to a wedding is meant to be an exciting experience but Bridal Factory have made it anything but that. We are still in the process of collecting all 5 Bridemaid dresses from this store but so far, this is our experience... The bride made the booking for the bridesmaid dress fittings 4 weeks ago, she was told that the appointment for the dress fitting would take place on a Monday at 4.30pm. We arrived at the dress fitting at 4.30pm and were not even greeted by anyone and had to enter the 'staff only' area in order to get some assistance. It took 35 minutes for them to tell us that the bridesmaid dresses were not in the store, after a further 10 minutes someone was able to locate them. We got into the dressing rooms to fit on our dresses only to discover that one of the bridesmaids dresses was 2 sizes too small, another was 2 foot too long and one dress was missing! We were then told that those who required their dress to be altered would need to pay an additional cost on top of the $320 that the dress was costing each bridesmaid. After spending 2 hours in this store, for what was meant to be an exciting step in the journey of this wedding our terrible experience with Bridal Factory has our biggest priority being to now get these dresses out of the store asap and have them altered elsewhere. We will keep you all posted on the remainder of our experience with this store.

I could not find my dress anywhere else, that is the only reason I bought from this place. All I had heard were bad reviews so I came straight out and told them straight out, they acted sweet as pie then... Until they got my money that is! I actually told them my wedding was over 6 months before my actual date just so I could get the dress on time. Once they got my deposit of half the price of the wedding dress, I heard nothing from them for a long while, then a voice message saying to call them back to make a fitting appointment, between certain hours and certain week days only (this does not help people who work Monday to Friday all day!) It took me 4 whole days of constant phone calls to finally speak to someone! (Have you noticed when you go there the phone is constantly ringing? That is because they never pick it up!) I made the appointment for the fitting and was told where to go for it, this dingy, run down place out back, I tried on the dress and it fitted, I told them I would pay the rest today (I wanted my dress out of there ASAP) Then they tried to charge me the alteration fee which I hadn't used! I refused to pay the $150 alteration fee and after a bit of arguing I finally got my dress home. They give no advice on how to store the dress, they have no customer service skills. You have to be pushy and stick to your guns to get anywhere with them. Their prices are reasonable, which is the only good thing about that place I think! But all in all it was a terrible experience!
