COMPANY HAS GONE BANKRUPT- STOLE MONEY AND DIDNT GET DRESS!! MASSIVE SCAMMERS!! DONT GO TO. I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE LADY THAT SCAMMED AS I WENT TO THE PLACE ON SATURDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2013! SAID WAS DOING STOCKTAKE BUT IS SCAMMING. ALL ITEMS GONE!

Got a phone call from Hannah yesterday afternoon (Sunday 29th September), to tell me that they had gone bankrupt and I had to be there within 4 hours to collect my bodice from the dress or else I would lose my deposit and have no dress. Got another call about 15 minutes later telling me that I had to pay $1500 CASH or I would not be able to take the dress... Considering I had already paid for my dress, I went there and picked it up and walked out without paying the money they were trying to extort me for. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE NAME OF THEIR STORE TO REGAL BRIDAL AND ARE TRADING IN THE SAME LOCATION WITH THE SAME STAFF!!! DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIARS!!!!! Further to my review yesterday, when I walked into 'Regal Bridal' the dress that I had ordered was still sitting on the mannequin in the exact same position as when I placed my order in April this year. The lady who sold me my dress was working there and I told another bride who was trying on a dress to be VERY CAREFUL, at which point the staff member abused me for 'Tarnishing her sale'... What a joke!!! What kind of low life scum would try to ruin someone's wedding I will never understand.
