Bunnings Warehouse, 221-231 Old Geelong Road, Hoppers Crossing

It sure is a kind of crap service. Most staff are normal Aussies, but the so-called boss- the old lady is a migrant with foreign accent. It is a little strange she has strong discrimination on migrants from other countries. Rubbish leadership leads to strange store culture. Following their boss, some staff have silly and stupid manner to clients. It's not a real Australian business style, but its business is quite well because of its location - the most rapidly developed western region of Melbourne. Tens of thousands of new houses are built each year. Werribee used to be a good place to live. After it was called Wyndham City, it has been changed to a different place to live. Most of the original locals are friendly. However, the some new intake are bad guys probably the worst in this country. My family are lucky to have bought a dream home and moved out of that area. The bad guys are deserved the crap service provided by the store. Well, some of our friends living in Wyndham are really good persons. We always suggest them to choose the service the previous Metro 10 the new Bunnings in Werribee.

Asking for directions and they ignore you, the white guy got all the attention though, but then again I was wearing a bum like outfit but still where's the Aussie spirit, everyone should get a fair go.

Crap service, very grumpy people, they always say Bunning lowest price. Yeah right rather go somewhere else. Bunnings Hopperscrossing is the worst service ever. The bald guy there, always upset and grumpy. Lucky to have a job.

Most Bunnings services are crap, the ones in Hoppers,Thomastown and Caroline Springs are all the same. At least in Caroline Spring now with Masters opens across the street from them , their service level has picked up considerably, competition is good for us consumers. Bunnings management really need to focus on customer service skills of their staffs.

Asked for direction, the stuff told us where to find the letterbox but he was less than friendly, he just did not care. go somewhere else!
