Bunnings Warehouse, 461 Morphett Road, Oaklands Park

After calling the Bunnings Marion Store yesterday morning (3/5/12) inquiring if, they had the Dremel 10.8 V Cordless tool in stock, I informed they three in stock. I when into the Bunnings Marion Store in that afternoon, after waiting 30 mints to be served by someone. Then another 10 mints for them to find a platform so they can look on the top shelf, then another 10 mints to look on the computer which was telling them that indeed there are 3 in stock, then another 10 mints while that talk to each other. I spend a total of one hour in the store to be told, that it could be in the storeroom on a pallet, which is wrapped in plastic, or in is on the truck on its way to the store, or it has not left the main warehouse. Then I informed as soon as they reorder an out of stock item the computer tells them that the stock is in the store. When I asked them could they look in the storeroom they told me No. I asked sale person if they could call me when the Dremel 10.8 V Cordless tool in stock after humming about it she place my and phone number in the book, but there was no guarantee that they will call me. I fully understand the Bunning is a very large store and they have the market share of business as the small hardware store cannot compete with them and have closed down. Instead, on speeding countless millions on adverting how good Bunning is what abut spending a little less on adverting and spending it on employing a few more staff. The most disporting thing was I turn Fifty yesterday and after saving the whole year to buy the Dremel 10.8 V Cordless tool, I left Bunning a little upset.

GOOD LUCK is what I wish you with this Bunnings. They are the most unorganised Bunnings in the whole chain. Was just disconnected in the middle of an inquiry call ..... again.... after being passed around for 10 minutes. The people working here clearly do not care about good customer service at all. Last time I called they assured me that the timber I needed was available. After hiring a truck and making it there to pick up the goods, they said woops, actually we don't have any. No compensation. They are amateurs. They are infuriating and always waste my time. Go somewhere else.
