0/3 Probably the worst meal I have ever had. The staff and the manager of the restaurant was very disappointing and annoying to the extent that I walked out of the restaurant after paying for a meal which I never had. Very very bad, can't believe its alliance with Rydges

0/3 I went to the CBD after a matinee at His Majesty's for a glass of wine and some tapas. What a bad choice! We ordered the duck sausage rolls to start, at a price of $13. Three 2cm thick sausage rolls were presented to us with three accompanying preserved cherries. We actually laughed. I thought maybe it was tapas catching me off guard, but my companion worked at Jacksons and confirmed my thoughts that this was a total rip-off. I emailed the bar two days later to express my disappointment, no response. I called a week later, was told my email had not been received, and they were sorry I felt that way but I had to understand these were gourmet, hand-made rolls. Ha! If ex-Jacksons' staff agree that it is not worth the price, then I'm inclined to agree. Disappointed in both the food and the response from the venue. Wont be back.
