From the moment I walked into the Reception area to leaving, the entire experience was amazing. I was surprised at the professional manner that every employee demonstrated. It's daunting when going to a remote foreign area and I am very grateful that my options were discussed thoroughly and once decided, a calendar was given to me as to when and what was needed at each visit. I found that I could relax and be guided rather than stress over what needed to be done. I was a Registered Nurse for many years and have received poor health care in the past - but not with The Travel Doctor's Stafford clinic. Quite the opposite. I have now had all my immunisations, am armed with the various medications and knowledge and feel comfortable that everything that could have been provided to me was done so. I would like to thank the Doctor, Registered Nurses and Receptionist for their care. You made a positive difference. I can now head off for my trip in 4 weeks feeling happy that I am protected.
