Watch out ! This company has changed, and unfortunate for the worse ! Customer service is non-existent. I bought solar power a year ago, all ok. I bought their hot water system as well, and what a painful experience. Too long waiting, installation errors blamed on their contracted plumber, and now a tank that makes scary rumbling noises. Will it explode ? Staff turnover is dramatic, no one listens, and owner is only focused on getting paid. Stay away !

Hands down the worst company I have EVER dealt with and on all counts. The salesman was very pushy and the products that they use are chinese rubbish that they try and dress up as high quality. Unfortunately I believed their lies and purchased a 1.5KW system from them it took two months after I paid to get it installed and then after 3 months the inverter stopped working! When I called up to get them to come out and fix it they told me I had to contact the Chinese manufacturer as it was their problem! I hope no one else has to go through this nightmare, I wish I had done more homework, stay away!

You get what you pay for, cheap system, cheap service, pay the extra money and buy something decent, it will end up saving you money rather than dealing with these cowboys, no after sales service what so ever

Cheap prices but not very good after sales service. Had to wait long for installation and the staff at Ecovation later failed to return my calls after our tank started leaking.
