0/3 I got a movie voucher which entitled me to watch a movie session. My simple question was if I could upgrade at the counter for VMax (VMax and normal movie not on at the same time). But there are no human beings on the phone that could answer a simple question. Sorry guys, disappointing customer service.

1.67/3 OK you really need to answer your phone people, there must be someone that works there that know's how to answer a phone surly .. I have been trying to call Marion for 5 hours to book 2 seats in Gold Class to go tonight 30/6/13 to see Man of Steel, it says " if we don't answer your call after 5 min please leave a msg and we will get back to you in 24 hrs" umm too late then isn't it ..! NOT HAPPY .. Well i am happy to say that a lovely lady From Event cinemas Marion contacted me after i left a msg on their answering machine, she was very apologetic about the time i had been calling ... The crisis was diverted and seats have been booked ... Im sorry i cant remember your name, thank you for calling me back in time to get to see the movie .. Cheerz Madame :)
