As An Ex KFC Employee I Know Of The Standards Required By Staff I Have Not Met This Expectation As Customer Of This Place Multiple Times! I Have Not Had A Correct Order Given To Me The Last 3 Times I Have Visited Also Staff Have Not Served Me And Ignored Me To The Point Of Me Actually Making A Scene And Leaving. Would Rather Drive 20 Minutes The Other Way To Another KFC Store Although The Quality Of The Food Is Quite Good. Very Disappointing Overall Won't Be Back

My local. Always there for me during the cricket season. Not really up to the standard of most other KFCs though. It's always hit and miss in terms of quality.

I went to this KFC just the other day, and the young staff member who served me (there seemed to be a lot of young staff on) forgot to put in the bag one of my burgers. the cues were massive and i had been waiting along time to get served so at the time i was pretty angry and asked to speak to the manager. So the manager come over and was more than helpful, not only did he fix up the burger but he gave me a free desert for the inconvenience. this KFC used to be pretty average and the managers were really nothing speacial, its good to see my local kfc is making a move in the right direction. and to the manager that helped me out that day. Fantastic! and thank you for making the situation right

So the girl that took my order wasn't that nice, but the girl that gave me the burger was excellent. I was talking to my colleague about the music that was playing in the store, and she was able to clear up a query I had about the artist (Britney). And she gave me a moist towelette. Win! Also the zinger was good.
