Lenzerheide Restaurant

Lamb was excellent - food was really good, atmoshpere great. Sorry but when you pay 100s of dollars for dinner, I do not want to walk into the bathroom and find the absolute cheapest toilet paper on the market - They must have accountants in charge of customer experience.

Over the top service. I found it a bit off putting but others found it wonderful. Food was top notch.

Food was flavoursome and nice, not the best food I have tried buy okay. The service was spectacular with a own personal servant which was nice to have, he was pilot and experienced... The lenzerheide is an nice place to go, but not money for value when u pay all the money and then its not spectacular. It's a 3/5 ;)

We went recently to the Lenzerheide Restaurant for a meal having heard for years how good the food was supposed to be. I was so disappointed with the food. I had decided to pick whatever no matter the price and still got a meal that was nothing to rave about. The entree was like a pikelet I could buy from a supermarket with a bit of a cream cheese and a bit of smoked salmon on top both of which you could buy at any supermarket and it was cold and tasteless.The chicken was just stuck on some flavorless mashed potato with no tasty sauce over it or anything. I ordered a creme brulee for desert that probably was the best thing but wouldn't care if I ever had it again. For such a top restaurant I was astounded that the toilets had no hot water to wash your hands. My husband has a condition where his hands get extremely cold and they couldn't even have hot water for their customers to wash their hands. Very poor!!!!!!!
