No good, as a tenant they told me false information to try make me stay once the lease ended as another flatmate wanted to stay. I will be cleaning the apartment thoroughly, they better be reasonable or my rating will drop lower. My name was even spelt incorrectly twice on their system even though I provided 100 points of I.d when I moved in..

Initially couldn't even manage to locate the keys to the property I was interested in and listed incorrect inspection times on the net. Ensured me that I'd be first in line and the first application put forward If I was the first to apply online without inspecting the property which I did. After always having to initiate the contact and follow up on the keys and inspection time I finally manage to get through to inspect. I had to follow up by email and phone to get a response on my application to then find that my application has been declined and when I ask why all they can say is landlords choice..even thought my application as supposed to be submitted first. Finding a rental is frustrating enough let alone then having to deal with an incompetent agency.

I am a tenant & have had a really positive experience with MICM. I initially viewed the property with Amy Wisby who was very friendly & professional. Since moving in, my Property Manager Tanesha Richter has always returned calls/emails promptly & kept me updated on the status of any maintenance. I would have no hesitation recommending MICM in the future.

MICM Property were really helpful during our lease application period. Professional consultants have assisted me with my concerns right from when I chatted with them in their website until the time when I moved in. Will definitely renew my lease if they offer next year.... hint hint :)

As others have said, MICM is useless. Failed to show up for inspections or arrived without notice and charged excessively from my bond for normal wear and tear. Property manager changed several times during my tenancy and the one I ended up dealing with over the bond was rude and unsympathetic. Would avoid if at all possible.
