Me and my wife have been clients at Painfree Dentistry for several years now and would like to enlist few of our observations. When we first went there after wondering around few dentists in the area, we were impressed by design and level of cleanliness inside the practice. Next to that the atmosphere with the friendly staff at reception. We got to meet Dr Elie Alam and were quite impressed with the kind and lovely personality that you can feel straight away not to mention the professional approach to the dental situation that is not money driven like what we have experienced in the past with some other dental practices. The level of expertise is high with dental sessions carried in a professional method using state of the art technology. We continue to visit Painfree Dentistry periodically and through these years we were able to experience the lovely spirits of other dentists and staff at the practice. I was extremely nervous going to the Dentist, but after one visit to Painfree Dentistry I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had. The practice was beautiful, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. The dentist was professional and friendly and did a wonderful job. I got an appointment on very short notice and there was no problem booking in for a weekend visit. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is a little hesitant or looking for a new Dentist.

After years of not going to the dentist I finally worked up the courage to visit a dental practice near my work in parramatta during my lunch hour. The staff were very kind and made sure I was comfortable as I was afraid of the dentist like most people! There was nothing to worry about - the dentist was extremely gentle and thorough. I didn't feel like they were trying to "sell" me anything either, excellent value for money too.

The dentists and staff are wonderful. I was never able to take my children to the dentist until my friend referred me to Painfree Dentistry. My kids now ask me when is their next appointment.
